I posted that Idea on a Thread when Sothis was asking for requests of new features. the Idea had a few supporters but in the end it was forgotten

[request] number of eps on alpha list

Browse by episode count page would be on my top 5 most used pages along with my watching list, the newest/recent anime, Browse by Year and Browse by Tag

How about a "news" page? Showing what's anime (and maybe also manga) going to be doing in the near future in- and outside of Japan, allowing you to know it before your magazine drops in.

I'm very excited about the MangaDB. :) The newest manga link would be great.

I don't browse by tag very often, but newest reviews is right up my alley. And of course, current/newest anime would be spectacular.

I think the page i use the most is the "watching" list, to keep track of what I'mworking on right now. Not sure if that one counts or not.

Besides that, the other things I use often would definitely be newest recs...I would probably use current anime a little bit, too. Or maybe even a "random" button that randomly shows you five anime from the database, with the first line or two of the summary? Might be a good way to find an anime you'd never even try without it. (...I honestly have no idea where that idea came from, though.)

Also, I'm really excited for the Manga DB! I've been wanting that for a long while.

I agree that some tags are missing--is there a way for users to add tags to anime?

What about most recently updated (in reference to the episode count). So essentially it would be something to tell you "x" show(s) have recently aired new episodes.

Aside from that, I think the Current Anime Season, Newest Anime, and Newest Reviews are all good ideas.

Other than the forum, my "watching" anime list is probably the single page I check the most. I do check the reviews, tags, newest anime and such, but most of the times everything starts with my own lists.

Yay, excited about the manga page! Now maybe my friend will join, cause she likes manga more than anime cause she doesn't get to use the computer too often and is like best friends with the Libraraians of our town so they're able to order her books from other Libraries. I perosonlally don't like doing that which is why I like anime better (plus I just preferr to see a ton of action in motion instead of on paper) Plus, buying Manga's too expencive. But still the Manga DB sounds cool so I can finally mark Switch and Nora
