Profile comments are back up! (with a few caveats)

you can now once again add profile comments.

we've also added a "welcome" subject icon - if you run across a blank profile, especially users registered today, do them a favor and say hello with a welcome note!

HOWEVER, there are a few caveats:

1. you currently can't edit comments, you can only delete (if its your page, or your comment on someone else's page)

2. the report feature is currently down (but no one really used it anyways)

3. spacing and css/appearance isn't fully finalized

4. YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE FIRST 10. THE OTHER COMMENTS DO EXIST/ARE SAFE, i just don't have the "see all" page done yet (unlike v2, in v3 youll see the first 10, and to see others youll load up a see all page - it wont keep reloading the profile page)

5. the notification email doesnt have the from username yet

6. ie6 (not sure about 7) has a box outline around the radio buttons. this will be fixed later.

please enjoy and let me know if you run into any problems (such as ul/ol not working, anything else weird)

I didn't find the word in my dictionary, but there is always OneLook. Thats one useful English-English online dictionary.

I think its same prob with me don't wana bother anyone just letting know that I enter in Konichiwa one comment on my profile and everytime I press delete nothing happens its like STUCK with that comment but again just letting know about this for adding to do list nothing nagin about it hehe

Caveat is actually a fiarly common word. It's not something I hear every day, but I'd estimate that I hear it about once a month.

I think I heard it sometimes as well but you can hammer me and I still can't remember when I read it or heard it
