instead of writing up the huge thing about what belongs in which section/etc, i just wanted to give you all a heads up that we are starting to implement a new system for the anime sections. in general, we are re-creating episode discussion, changing the reviews section a bit to be more friendly to ending discussions and such, and putting in a lot of processes.

SatoshiJiro will be the lead moderator for episode discussion, and Cetonis will be the lead moderator for Gen Anime and Reviews. you'll see headers being pasted into most of the threads, things moving, and random rules posts being changed/etc. please be patient, i hope we can have this done by the weekend. :)
