"Recommend both ways" is back up

Hi folks,

I've just recoded the make recommendations page. Better error handling and better code, but most importantly the "recommend both ways" (called "make opposites" in the past) feature is back up. Unlike the old feature, you can selectively use this feature now for your recs (instead of having to check it for all of the recs on the page).

With the "recommend both ways" feature, you can have the site recommend the other direction for you, using your same comment. For example if you recommended Kenshin->Trigun and checked the "recommend both ways" box next to it, it would take your Kenshin->Trigun comment and insert a new recommendation for Trigun->Kenshin.

Use this feature if you think the recommend works both ways (make sure your reason works too in both directions!). However, you don't alwaus have to use it. Often I will recommend a good series for a bad one, but not the other way around.

There seems to be an unknown problem with this feature in rare cases... sometimes when there is an error (you haven't hit the min length, the title doesn't exist, etc) the text for what you were trying to do disappears. Not a huge deal, but if anyone can reproduce this error and has exact steps I can investigate, contact me.

Also, recs are now a minimum length of 125 characters. This is to help cut back on the number of bad fragment recommendations we've been seeing recently.

Expect the recommendation moderation system to go up tomorrow, as well.

Stupid time zones... why do I always see that new goodies have been implemented when I'm on my way out to work and don't have time to play with them :p

Wow, I just finished going through my recs to see what I could cross-rec, and went from 30-ish recommendations to 50.
