Well, this is sure a promising show, anyone could tell me about the vatican-vampire relation stuff, anyone who knows about the manga?

Trinity Blood is one cool anime. As far episode 1 goes anyway.
I like the character design, yes I do, beautifully done, I especially like the female cardinal (she is in red so I think she is a cardinal anyway) but she does sport a rather weird hat. Catherina Sforza she is, wow. The airships are, well, cool in a post armageddon way. Music is good, it adds to the scenes and fit the atmosphere very well. Animation, is ok I guess, dark and moody. Blood/gore, I don't know, maybe because this is a vampire anime I'm not bother by it that much, it almost seems natural to be there. Interesting story setting, post armageddon with lost technologies from the past age. Computers, etc. I swear that one of the characters must a cyborg.
This show goes from cute, to beautiful, to serious than back to cute again. I hope people aren't put off by this. The main lead is just too cool imo.

As I loved ep 1, watched it 3 times now, I'll give it 10 out of 10 for a first ep. I hope people don't come to see this as a Hellsing clone. I believe it will do better than Hellshing in Japan.

I'm usually not one to gripe about how many groups are subbing a series, but this is getting a bit rediculous.

The first episode is different from the first two chapters of the manga I've read. From the manga it looks promising. Hopefully, it will be better than Hellsing(it's pretty much doomed to be compared to it).

the main character reminds me of Vash from Trigun, he acts all carefree and stupid when he is with the girl, then he can be all serious and pwn others without any effort.

Plus, this show kicks ass, at least from eps 1 it seems like it will!

I thought the little girl was cute. But YES...this series is gonna ROCK!!! Very Dark. I like it. I'm surprise Khergan hasn't posted anything on this show. Maybe he's gone the clean life now.

I would say that from the three count'em three episodes I've managed to see so far; this anime has the potential to be better than Hellsing in a number of respects. Of course, that will depends on audience selection. I think the gore potential might be limited by the creators with an eye towards smooth imagery. But who can tell at this point.
