I believe some of this was requested in the past, but since the site's going to get a makeover soon, I figured this would be a good time to bring it up (again?).
1) The ability to add anime/manga to a list from the entry page. ie If you're on anime/naruto/ there would be a "send to custom list" option somewhere. Perhaps as a dropdown list of your current lists, which you could add it to much like adding it to a status list.
2) The ability to set a custom image for a given list's icon. Presently the list's icon defaults to the main pic from the first item in the list. Ideally this would include the ability to use a completely custom image (for example, someone might make a list of anime related dreamcast games & want to use a dreamcast logo as the icon), though at least being able to choose an icon from anything on the list instead of just the first one would be an improvement (especially if it included the ability to choose from the individual screenshots instead of just the main pic).
