I forgot about the marvel animes. Wolverine kinda counts too, he didn't have a solo toon but he did have "wolverine and the x-men".

re blade: I think I first heard of him in the 90s spiderman toon, THEN the snipes movies.

Yugioh (because Yugioh Capsule Monsters was an American made cartoon)

Voltron/golion is a borderline one. On one hand s1 was a translation/adaptation of the golion anime, but on the other hand s3 was all new american animation. I'm on the fence about including it in the list.

Gulliver's travels has at least 1 cartoon series and several anime.

How/whether to count grimm's fairy tale classics is a conundrum. While most/all the tales in individual eps have had cartoon versions, the series as a whole has not.

Ooooh yeah, I remember the cartoon. Nothing like a movie about violent decapitation being turned into a kids cartoon....

It was a pretty decent anime movie though.

What is your thoughts on the Gonzo Produced G.I. Joe Sigma 6? Does this just fall into the category of Japan making a show for U.S. Markets?

You could possibly add the fact Voltron Force came out and it is a complete spin off, if you were to include it.

I don't think that counts. Both shows were American and Japanese co-productions. The big difference is that new show looks more anime-ish.
