I just finished watching the anime and I loved it, but i'm curious as to what happens at the end of the manga do Satou & Misaki end up together?

Yeah the ending of the mangas really strange and hard to understand. You should watch the anime its much clearer on what actually happens at the end.

I also like the anime ALOT,but the ending..yea was kinda strange but still good after rewatching it

I don't think they really could have continued the anime or manga, I mean Sato had overcome most of his problems. If they had go on then it would have just turned into a romance between the two which isn't really what either the manga or the anime where suppose to be about.
