[FIXED][BUG] No recommendations link

When you go to make a recommendation for an anime or manga to another anime or manga the form defaults to making that kind of recommendation.

However when you go to an anime entry that doesn't have any manga recommendations or vis versa:
https://www.anime-planet.com/anime/mahoromatic

Clicking the link in the manga tab I think should bring up a form that defaults to recommending a manga. But currently it brings up the page with anime defaulted. Just a tiny, meaningless suggestion though.

this will be fixed in the next release (today)
