[REQUEST] more user-friendly custom list URLs

The current setup of custom list URLs is rather bizarre & very user unfriendly. It's bizarre in the sense that it uses global ID numbers (ie, the first list you ever create might be # 456478 because of all the other lists other users have previously created), yet the URL places the ID as a subset after the user. If global numbering is going to be used then it would be more logical to use global URLs as well (ie, users/lists/##### instead of users/USER/lists/#####).
It's unfriendly because the only way to share your custom list with someone is go to your profile->lists(->page# if applicable)->copy link. It would be much better if you could just tell people the URL of a given list either by it's number (which would be easy if each user had their own set of numbers, with every user having /users/sothis/lists/1, /users/sothis/lists/2, /users/sothis/lists/3, /users/drahken/lists/1, /users/drahken/lists/2, /users/drahken/lists/3, etc, but nearly impossible with each list having a long & effectively random number) or just a title (I know list URLs were changed some time ago to include the title, but since it also still includes the long random number, that doesn't help).

It would be a big improvement if custom list URLs worked the same way anime/manga entry URLs work. Keep the ID numbers on the backend only, invisible to users, so that users can share their lists in the form of /users/USER/lists/my-fav-anime, without needing the number. (The same way one can now share an entry's URL in the form of /anime/naruto instead of the old /anime/234245.html format.)

While we're at it, please also add ANY link to a full database of custom lists, sorted from the most recent. The closest to main menu, the better.
