International Saimoe League
About ISML ( International Saimoe League )
I created this topic to basically have a place to discuss International Saimoe on Anime planet. While related to anime; International Saimoe is not like this site; ISML is one of the largest. long running and most multicultural cross continental anime character popularity tournaments currently running on the internet. It has voters from across the globe and a large number of votes are tallied across the world.
In short it's all about: voting for the most MOE anime character. The tournament runs from march to somewhere in december. Finalists are generally selected in November each year after which a post season pre-selection starts for the next season. Old and new characters are separated from each other at first to give new entries a better change at gaining popularity before being removed from the voting pool.

It eliminates characters that aren't popular enough and would only make vote counting harder.

But the elimination period holds the final goal and the grand prices for the season, circlets ( division winners ) and the Tiara ( crown )
Tachibana Kanade placed first in 2012 and Eucliwood Hellscythe placed Second.
