Yes! Anki is a god send, this is a flash card program that's really helpful when studying. And you can choose from a bunch of decks to study with, some even have the sound files with them. Another learning guide I would suggest is lang-8. This is website where you can practice typing your Japanese, it's set up like a diary. You enter an entry and a native speaker corrects your entry and tells you how you should write your entry if they find any mistakes.
