Re: Tokyo Mew Mew.. what is lettuce?

Without really doing great amounts of research, Blue Lorikeet and Finless Porpoise have turned up. Mint was the songbird, and Lettuce the porpoise.

Re: Devil May Cry

It's rather juvenile, isn't it?

Another thing, do they have to always pose, let alone in such strange positions? They don't have the style of JoJo characters, so they can't really pull it off.

Re: Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi

Wouldn't know; I'm refusing to even consider watching it until someone I like subs it.

Re: What's the meaning of this symbol?

/offtopic

Goddamn, I hated working on that manga (Suzuka). Waste of time. Thank god we decided not to do it.

Re: What are you listening to right now?

Not particularly, no, it just smacks of postwhoring. Hehe. Not that that's a bad thing, terribly.

What I'm listening to is updated in the image up there, so saying so now is kind of pointless.

Re: YOUR INPUT NEEDED: I''s relations

I'm not exactly using anidb's "relations" or ANN's, I'm just going by knowledge of the manga and the synopses of each of the shows.

No matter, though.

(Offtopic) Actually, there is one thing...

Re: YOUR INPUT NEEDED: I''s relations

According to Anidb (I haven't seen either show, so I can't say for sure), "From I''s (http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=404)" (2002 two episode OVA) is a side-story to the original...

tardo (http://www.anime-planet.com/forum/member.php?u=98) is a member of my scanlation group, and he pointed me here.

Re: Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi

Hayate's referential humour (as in, it spoofs Gundam, Gainax, galget, One Piece, etc) and fourth wall breaking humour, not dull male beating. So if you don't watch enough anime (though the anime...

Re: History`s Strongest Disciple Kenichi

I don't watch Kuro-Hana's and to be brutally honest, I don't want umai-Doremi to rush; to put it politely, I'm not a fan of their (mainly Doremi's) quality to begin with, let alone under pressure.

Re: History`s Strongest Disciple Kenichi

Kenichi is a fun little series that manages to overcome the understandably low budget (being that it's an long shounen romp that isn't say, dbn or bleach. Not that their budgets are much better, per...

Re: Bokura no

Related (http://zepy.momotato.com/2007/06/13/bokurano-director-hates-the-original-work/).

I, for one, hated Narutaru (and not because it was gruesome, or disturbing, more because I just thought it...

Re: Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi

Hayate the Combat Butler (http://www.anime-planet.com/anirec/1094.html), of course.

And yes, Shakugan no Shana (http://www.anime-planet.com/anirec/1147.html) was better than Zero.

(Shows are...

Re: Dennou Coil

I wasn't struck by the (human) character designs, personally. They appeared clumsy and bland. However, I am still watching. For one, sole reason.

Re: Nodame Cantabile

It goes to show his range (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=529) is insane. I mean, he's freaking Mepple from Precure, too.

And according to ANN, Kawasumi only voiced...

Funnily enough, the seiyuu for Chiaki is actually the guy who voices Sousuke. And a million other things (I think he's awesome, and I don't pay attention to male seiyuu at all. Except for a notable...

Re: Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge

Dear lord-- have they ruined the art for this show, honestly. I'm unashamedly a fan of the manga, which has intermittent art quality, but this is genuinely bad, unfortunately.

Set up is generic...

Re: Silent Hill movie!

Well, to be honest, there was a pipe bashing, remember?
Thankfully, they panned away from it, I'd taken a shine to this version of Cybill, as horribly mistreated as always.

Anyway, the music...

This only came out about three days, down here, and so, we went out to see it. (this is a cross post from elsewhere, but I think I'll get more intelligent answers here. >_>)

Anyway. Just got back...
