I was thinking this too looking through the pics the characters seem a bit wide. Perhaps dodgy aspect ratio on the video.

I'm not familiar with Fairy Tail but general rule is stuff like "runes" which control magical powers don't count as tattoos (cause they're generated through magic or something? someone else can...

With age tags you are allowed to use other related information to get an idea of the age range they are in. So for example if they have a teenage child it is fairly safe to say they are an adult,...

From the image should have Freckles tag.

As for the hair colour I would leave it off as i'm never sure with that colour. It's most likely in the grey/green range.
