Try a program called Paint Tool Sai. It's the best and most user friendly i've found. Make sure you get the translated version. (It's Japanese =P)

V nice. I didn't know about Sai, i've always used Corel and Paintshop, but man I love the pencil in Sai, it's not as slippery as the others. Cheers for revealing it's existence =D

He did say it was Shinichi Watanabe, and i'm pretty sure it is but I could be wrong...
The character Nabeshin was based on him in real life, there's no cosplay involved =P
