i haven't touched it since i first made it, and am realizing i should probably get it in gear again. so, rather than finding old posts, i thought i'd ask here for suggestions on how to make it better. adding a search is an obvious choice, haha.
i'm also wondering if there are a few of you who would be interested in helping to maintain it. this would involve things like, going to the stores that are listed and helping to input what categories of things they sell (models, dvds, etc), making sure there are no broken links, etc. this is all stuff i simply don't have time to do. any ideas or volunteers? i'd like thoughts on features and such as well |

that would be very helpful, imsorrykun :) have any ideas on what to do to make the list better in general? like the categories idea? (so people could search for non bootleg stores that do models, for example)

i think this weekend, i'll reinstate the vendors list contest. i still have all the entries and points from when i started it before, but i think i'll start it again.
i think i'll also finally advertise about it in animesuki (i got permission long ago, also in animereactor i think), and not only advertise that it exists, but ask publicly for help with maintenance and checking the contest entries, and advertising the contest as well so people have an incentive to give stores. the prize will be one of the dvds i think, which by the way, i'm still trying to get in touch with the guys from manga to find out where my stuff is... |

you are, but i still want to make sure people can dedicate time to, let's say, adding entries or getting the categories. the categories i think is a big one, and ideally i'd like people from a few countries that speak different languages. for example, i'd love at least one person who speaks swedish, who could be trained in how to look for bootlegs and go over all the swedish entries, and get categories, etc
