The last 4 episodes or so are very strange (still shots and cut out drawings) and there's no real ending - apparently it ran out of money like every other gainax series. Nevertheless, the episodes up until that point are amazing.
If you liked Tonari you'll love Kare Kano. |

^ If I remember correctly, you can. You just have to, you know, actually watch them.
And yes! Perfect excuse to read some more romance one-shots. |

Good excuse for me to get around to finishing School Days and From Up on Poppy Hill.
And apparently Wolverine is romance too >.> So maybe that. Assuming, of course, I'm not working that weekend. Edit: Heading out of town, so probably won't be able to participate :( Last edited by Kari5; 02-10-2013 at 06:51 PM. |

Hey there! It's going to be my first time participating in the Monthly Marathon :)
Usually I'm not too keen on Valentines' Day (too much cute couples that my lonely self can't handle), but hopefully this time it's going to be more enjoyable ;)

I'll sign up for The World God Only Knows and School Rumble. Will also try to watch a movie or two, probably 5 Centimeters per Second, maybe Literature Girl.

I'm going to give Koi Kaze a try. I also have a few OVAs in mind (Ah! My Goddess, Kirepapa), plus Recollections of a Certain Pilot, which I've been meaning to watch since it first came out. I may get into Victorian Romance Emma as well, but we'll see how much time I have.
