But don't all students learn English at least a small amount? I was at a school in Himeji for a short time and there was a basic English class that was compulsory and then a more detailed one that was optional/elective.

i ate at a resturante and we were seated at booth style table for four. in the table was two large black skillets. the cook came to our table with ingredients and cooked a bunch of vegtables and i think meat we had selected into a pancake type mix. it was really good.
do you know the meal im describing? i cant remember the name... oko noki or something like that?

I'm afraid that's Austria. Vienna is their capital, the sausages are boiled, and they have about 30 wild bears in the country. Germany has none, and famous sausages are Frankurter, Thringer and Nrnberger, all of which are grilled.
