Default Expression for What do you mean?

I've heard it many times, but having trouble with what it is, as I can't tell if it's どういういみだ or どうゆういみだ。
If anyone can help clear this up and also possibly give the proper kanji if any, it would be highly appreciated.

"... 如何どう 意味いみ (ですか)?"

言う (variants are 云う and 謂う) is usually written just as kana いう but pronunciation is ゆう (IPA: jɯ).

PS: If your browser (eg. Firefox) does not show furigana, you might want to look for a plugin.

Ah kool, thanks for the answer =D
I was wondering if it would be 言う but wasn't entirely sure.
Also, is どう written in kanji 如何 common? Or would it be more normal to just write it with kana. Whenever I looked up 如何 it said was normally read as いか which is more formal.

如何 is normally read as いかが and in most cases considered as the polite form of どう. Common would be in the どう case rather to use the kana aswell.
