I've heard it many times, but having trouble with what it is, as I can't tell if it's どういういみだ or どうゆういみだ。
If anyone can help clear this up and also possibly give the proper kanji if any, it would be highly appreciated. Last edited by jsilvermist; 10-28-2012 at 03:20 AM. |

"...
言う (variants are 云う and 謂う) is usually written just as kana いう but pronunciation is ゆう (IPA: jɯ). Ah kool, thanks for the answer =D
I was wondering if it would be 言う but wasn't entirely sure. Also, is どう written in kanji 如何 common? Or would it be more normal to just write it with kana. Whenever I looked up 如何 it said was normally read as いか which is more formal. |
