Greetings to everybody in this forum.

Well, I'm an otaku in training but I'm up to the challange. :D I'd like to settle down in Japan in the upcoming 5-6 years and work in the art industry (at the beginning, ANYTHING is fine with me :D), so now I'm preparing for art college and started to learn the language.
If you'd like to, feel free to ask me anything.
(Well I have a question...As I saw, there's 2 profile on this site, one for the forums and another one for everything else. My question is: is there a way to import the OTHER profile's settings here? Because I don't wanna spend at least 3 hours for setting all my likes/dislikes/anime, etc. up again. Thank you in advance.)

As for your question, there is no way to import your likes, dislikes, anime to the forum account since the forum account does not have that feature (I am assuming you are talking about the list of what anime you have watched and how you rated them). What you are probably seeing and being confused by are our signatures with our stats. Those signatures are from the main A-P site.

To set this up you are going to want to set up your signature on your main A-P account (not the forum account) by going to the signature tab and clicking on the add/update my signature button to change the picture and stats for the sig etc...

You are then going to want to copy the BBC code. Then go to your Forum account. After you are on your Forum Profile page look above the pic of your avatar and you should see a link that says "User CP", click that. Now you should be on a new page, look for a link that says edit signature and click it. Paste that BBC code you copied before into the text box and save the changes.

You signature should then be set up, basically linking you forum account and main site account. When you click on your sig or someone else's sig, you should be redirected to their main A-P profile. Hope that helps! ^_^

Hello :) I see you've got similar "dreams" to mine :P except i plan on going to Japan when i hit 21, and see how Japan really is, come back earn more money and go settle there, as for the art i was planning on going to some career school for a year but everyone around me is telling me that i need a REAL career, so umm .. eh i dont really know.
