I know I submitted this entry, but I am familiar with the series, and I looked at two sources to confirm the information accurately.

Sure. She appears in episodes 182 through 188 (i'm not sure if she's in every episode between those, but that's her first and last episode). I'm not sure how that translates into the episodes of the season, though, since it's the episode number of the entire series. In the manga, she appears in Act 44. I hope that helps.

Her official name is spelled Sailor Aluminum Seiren. The "Siren" variation should be searchable. "Reiko Aya" is an alias she uses within the show, so it should be nickname.

She's one of the main villains of Sailor Stars, along with Galaxia, Lead Crow, Iron Mouse, and Tin Nyanko. I would say they are all Secondary in the anime because they are recurring and each have their own little part of the story arc. She's definitely minor in the manga, though.

It sort of looks like the Sailor Moon entries are a little dated and need some cleaning up as a whole... All of the major villains are listed as minor characters, even when most of them should get Secondary status. Plus, all the girls have pictures in their transformed magical girl appearance rather than in civilian appearance and have a few tags that don't fit in with current guidelines. They go from being Middle School Student to High School Student throughout the show, so shouldn't be tagged with either, for instance.

Just double-checked my old Mixx translation of the manga. The "Siren" variation is the US Name. "Seiren" is what is used when romanized in the anime and in the Materials Collection artbook, so it's the JP Name.
