Looks to be right if Dean Konoe is the USA name for Konoemon Konoe.

ANN lists Randy, MAL lists both Randy and R. Bruce.
I noticed that Randy passed away a while back, so maybe R. Bruce took over.

Could someone with an American Netflix (or DVD) check this out? I tried to find the show but couldn't on the Canadian version (we don't have a lot of stuff).
