Man, I want more Phase 20. It's like Franken Fran meet Lupin III.
Which probably is because it is the author of Franken Fran doing a Detective-and-thief story.
And I'm willing to bet the story is set in-universe of Franken Fran, like Helen ESP was.

Dude hates girls, people and the world in general and vents out frustrations over this by jerking off in a borderline public place while thinking of said girls, becomes a vigilante/anonymous terror of sorts via unusual circumstances and strikes up a partnership with someone looking for revenge, leading to dude jerking off into girls' property while keeping it a secret in a manner reminiscent of Death Note, unexpectedly falls in love, screws up big time, has to learn to own up to his screw-ups and grows up as a person, becoming less of an antisocial jerkass. Also one of my two favorite mangas of all time. Although it's so freaking difficult to both make it sound both appealing enough to not drive people away based on the premise alone and still truthful.

You know, I've been noticing as I've read Air Gear...everyone talks in corny metaphors .-.
And right now, I have no idea how certain things happened.
I'm still entertained, but this manga bewilders me sometimes .-.
