New Berserk anime (it reall need redo) could be nice. But seeing how the current adaptation sucks, it will be probably better without adaptation.

Oh, I know! I would LOVE Jiraishin. PROPER adaptation - dark, gritty, noir, classic, with simple sharp lines.

JoJo could be good too - considering that existing adaptation is quite good IMO. But I think nobody wants to create another 500+ ep anime :-) (my approximate estimation of number of episodes required without fillers and recaps).
