The synopsis is a little short and seems to be lacking something (plus half of your synopsis is actually just one sentence so that would need to be changed around).

I've shown this to one of my friends and he thinks that you need to go into some more detail on the relationships between the characters, which may also help with making the synopsis more interesting. He also mentioned about a group within the school that rivals the HIME's and thinks that the rivalry between these groups should also be included.

i didn't put in those points, because its 2 rival hime groups,and they end up as 1 in the second volume, also the only other rival group would be a spoiler.

Also the relationship is a bit hard 2 describe.

Mmm I was told that they join up, maybe you could use this in the synopsis like; "can they set aside their differences and work together?" or something like that. Is there any chance you could bulk the synopsis up a bit? And maybe try to describe the relationship a bit more, it'll help add extra depth to it :)

it was a forceful merge of the groups, basicaly who ever lost in duel would be expeled and disbanded, so the director merges the two groups so she dosn't lose any himes. Il do what i can to beef it up

this is a good start, but it's far too short (especially with 7+ volumes out). can you put more specifics in here? maybe explain the environment/setup more, examples of what sort fo things he deals with, main struggles/chalelnges, etc?

Sure thing.

Synopsis: Through a series of odd events, Yoshinori ends up having to fill in for his sister at a modeling agency. Things get complicated when Yoshinori discovers that he actually enjoys cross-dressing outside the studio. Yoshinori grows more and more confident, testing the limits of how convincing he can be as Yuki, his female alter-ego. As he struggles with the feelings he has once he realizes his childhood friend, Hidari is turning into a woman, Yoshinori unexpectedly begins to also fall for his classmate Minamo while juggling the affections his best friend Wataru has for Yuki. The line between Yoshinori and Yuki begins to blur as Yoshinori struggles to find himself and the one he truly loves.

sounds good, i have two bits of feedback:

1. can you introduce the new concepts a bit better? as someone not familiar with the lunar war, yukari and the apollo invasion, i'm left feeling very ambiguous as to what the manga is about. if you can set up the time/place and main characters a bit more, that'll solve that issue.

2. 2/3rds of the synopsis is questions... one question at the end is fine, and occasionally a second, but they should be kept minimal. can you rewrite to contain more synopsis and likewise, fewer questions?

It looked like this one still hasn't been resolved yet. I tried re-writing a synopsis taking the feedback into consideration (I hope purplemo won't mind)

In Gensokyo - a world on Earth sealed by boundaries - humans and all sorts of youkais live together. A similar world exists on the dark side of the Moon called the Lunar Capital where Lunarians and lunar rabbits cohabit. Yukari Yakumo, the youkai of boundaries, once tried to invade the moon with no success. However things are getting agitated on the moon and rumors of lunarian invasion are starting to spread which gives the chance to Yukari to scheme a revenge on the Moon. Hearing about this, Remilia Scarlet the vampire of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and her human maid Sakuya Izayoi decide to request help from the powerful shrine maiden Reimu Hakurei and her friend, the ordinary magician Marisa Kirisame, to build a rocket and get to the moon before Yukari does. Who could be behind the Lunar Rebellion and what will the exiled Lunarians on Earth do about this? Only the full moon will tell.
