Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Adolescence of Utena
Although most of the real plot is given in symbols and is more confusing than sad there was this one sentence that made cry: Oh well... but that's probably more of an personal issue...

None really, but One Piece made me drop a tear once and Elfen Lied let a very deep impression on me.
I guess I'm just not that easy to cry by sadness or emotion, though if we talk about crying in general, Gintama made me cry in laughs endless times xDDD.
