The Azumanga Daioh omnibus. Since it's a 4-koma, it's pretty easy to just randomly flip up a page and start reading when I'm trying to sleep.

I don't re-read much, but Liar Game's an exception. Tried to look up a single scene from it, ended up reading everything.

I like to read Fullmetal Alchemist and Azumanga Daioh. The latter is relaxing while the former is my all-time favourite series.
