Another Matrix Reloaded Question

1. Why does the architect of the matrix want neo to rebuild zion with 12(?) other people? Aren't they just going to destory it again? I understand they need neo to "reboot" the matrix but I don't get why they want zion rebuilt.

2. In the first Matrix, the oracle clearly said that Neo was not "the one". And now it turns out that neo is indeed "the one". Was the oracle lying in the first Matrix?

3. Was the role of the oracle soley just to guide Neo to the "soure"?

P.S. Eh if anyone knows where I can dl the flt crackfix for the matrix game i would appreciate it if you would post it on the forum. :)

This under heavy debate, but there's always the theory that "the real world" is just another Matrix layer created to accomodate that 1% of humans who won't accept the original Matrix program. Regardless, as The Architect says, it is a system of controlling the humans who "wake up", even though there are probably a lot of other, easier alternatives.

I'm gonna quote Morpheus on this one:
"She told you exactly what you needed to hear. Neo, sooner or later you're going to realize, just as I did... that there's a difference between knowing the path and walking the path."
So yeah, she was lying, but only so that Neo could discover his One-ness for himself (for whatever reason...).

Maybe. She is a program after all, so you have to ask yourself if she's trustworthy. Maybe she's on the humans' side, and genuinely thinks that Neo can set them free by going to the source. Maybe she's been working for The Architect all along.

I got the crackfix from some DC hub try swedish warehouse or mcgivers workshop. they must have it there. I spent some time on the web but I got pissed before I found something...

Penundro, can you tell me the full name of the .ppf file? i got the applyppf.exe file so what is the other file i need?

Also is the full name of the crack, flt crackfix? Will something come up under the searches under that name?

I got a RAR that had 1.matrix.exe (the ORIGINAL game exe)
2.matrix.ppf
3.applyppf.exe

you only need to have matrix.ppf applyppf.exe and the BIN file of the 4/play cd of matrix in the same folder. then you'll know you just have to do Run->cmd->folder:\applyppf...

I can't be in the hub but if you want I can send the files to your email.

I think i just searched for "matrix crack fix", I can't remember.
You just need matrix.ppf.

Penundro, when I type in the applyppf command at the command prompt, it gives me this error message, 'applyppf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Any idea how i can fix this?

I think that you don't have to use it just like "notepad" or "iexplore".
you have to run it from its folder. I have it at "C:\matrix". In this folder I have applyppf.exe, matrix.ppf and matrix4.bin.
Now, you have to do C:\matrix\applyppf.exe
the applyppf is run and it asks you for a ppf and a file to crack/fix.

Eh, Penundro, this is the message I get once I type in the applyppf.exe command:

Apply-PPF v2.0 by =Icarus/Paradox= 10/04/99
Applies PPF1.0 and PPF2.0 Patches
Useage : ApplyPPF [BINFILE] [PPFFILE]

Now I just have to install it again? It didn't ask for a ppf file or anyfin so I was wonderin if I did this right.... also, after I reinstall the game, do I need to run the applyppf command again or I don't have to?

Argh this is driving me insane! after I type in the following command

etm\applyppf.exe dev-etm4.bin matrix.ppf

It gives me this error....

File: dev-etm4.bin not found!

But all the files (applyppf.exe, matrix.ppf and the 4 play/bin cds) are contained in the directory e:\etm so I don't know whats goin on! Plz help me!
