It's the only Gaiman book I've read, apart from Good Omens (which he did with Terry Pratchett) but so far (around 250 pages in) I think it's a great read.

I'm reading the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy. Been so busy with work though so I've only had time for a book and a half so far.. I'm also reading Sherlock Holme's Adventures as an eBook in my cellphone.
