Default The Journal of a Geeky Car Guy.

So, back in September I started an online journal. Mostly out of boredom, but it's still going. Granted it's been more about comics than I had planned but the comics make for a solid constant. As I sit here and think about it I guess I could start tossing up posts that would have been the column for A-P on older anime (just posted one while I was at it).

Anyways, if you have a few minutes to spare, take a look at The Journal of a Geeky Car Guy.

Feel free to comment, good or bad, either way maybe you can get some entertainment out of it.

I wonder if a lot of people here might skip reading this because they think it is only about cars.
Anime blog folks. =D

Gunsmith Cats is one of my all time faves for manga, and that short lived OAV.

It is one of the few anime that drew a car really well Cel-wise. before CG came in and made them look better. The fast furious car chase in the 3rd anime is worth a look if only for some good ol fashioned action.

I would also like to add, people who enjoyed the OAV of GSC, should look up Riding Bean. Basically the first look at Rally (blond), and the ONLY look at Bean Bandit in anime form.

Thanks, Funkgun, I think you'll like the next one as well, Bubblegum Crisis.

The plan is to toss up a new article on anime every two weeks on Saturdays.

A bat-wielding jesus, a gun-toting lincoln, the general lee, & zombies?

That's just awesome.

Think that's cool? Freddie D (Fredrick Douglas) comes down to try and give J a hand. He brings Mother T along with him and she is not to be trifled with.

Sweet deal! Nice read.

One of my favorite series I saw back on fan-made titled VHS tapes in a anime club back int the mid 90's.

Sadly I had to wait for the last couple of years to finally see over 12 episodes that I only saw Without subs. (thank you internet)

other than that, got to see the OAV's that were released, a movie, and of course the very different looking later version Flash.

Originally, I did not know a manga of them, outdated the Crusher Joe movie.
I always assumed that is where they got their start. Nice bit of info =)

Not a classic or a great, and really something that probably should be forgotten about, but this week I'm looking at Mad Bull 34.

Are all of them your collections?

That's quite a lot.
