So kind of like the opposite of "What annoys you?," this thread is for the things that made you quite happy during the day.

Well child checks. After the most horridly long and annoying patients just having a well-baby check makes you forget it all and feel all warm and fuzzy when you get to play with them. Just walking in the room and looking at them makes all the pent-up stress from the other visits go out the door. Makes me wish I had another baby around. Been too long since I've had a baby around the house.
