WMMD: We had an Exhibition night at Taekwon-Do with the other local clubs last night, not only did i win the sparring tournament, but i also won the destruction competition after punching through 5 boards!

WMMD: 14 hours sleep. Uninterrupted, blissful sleep. Didn't even hear the wifey leave for work or anything.

14 hours of sleep? Damn, you really much be a cat. I'm lucky if I can sleep three or four hours without waking up.

I don't sleep to well most nights but I'll occasionally get a night like that where I sleep forever. Especially if I'm tired from work.

My new makeup brushes came in the post today, 11 days before the expected delivery date. Woop! Gonna have to play with my makeups now
