Well that living in the past comment obviously needs explanation - it was aimed at Vivis remark that one cannot easily insult Brits since they used to rule over half of the world.

Lol. You think I said that lightly?

The British have the biggest, most deluded egos in Europe (bar the French). We've somehow managed to procure American supremacy as a tool for British interest and use it to mask our own international inadequacies. At the same time, we also bask in the reflected glory of the days of slavery, oppression, and slaughter. When you call the British unfunny tea-slurpers with a frigid sex life, our mental reaction is something like this:

"Oh Winston, look. A funny little man from Europe. And I believe he's trying to talk!"

"By Jove, Julian, I think you're right. Margaret! You simply must have a look at this."

"Mummy, what's a European?"

"Someone bad, my darling. Never you mind. Must we keep it around? I believe it's scaring the dogs."

"How quaint. Truly. Though, not as entertaining as the American we had last week. He could at least do a little dance."

"Oh I do so love it when they dance. Especially when it's to our tune! Fahahaha!"

There's no point insulting a Brit. They'll just stare at you blankly until you go away. :/

I am so glad i'm not like that so very glad. I mean I have three ways of dealing with insults non as stupid as that it's either insult them back which is my favourite. Walk away or violence which i'm not so keen on since it gets me in trouble.
