That's great. Seriously- start doing yoga (real yoga, not like that fast shit they do at gyms)- it helps w/ meditation and general physical comfort. I can't promise it won't make you miss more anime- sorry! (;

I have no excuses for my sleeping habits, I use to sleep 1 day and stay up for 5 or 6, now its more tame with sleeping around 3 or 4 am and waking up at 7 or 8am. Today I went to sleep at around 5 am and woke up at 1pm, but I usually sleep in on Sunday.
