i do both. well, im quitting smoking, which is why i think ive been eating so much more as of late. i packed on a whopping 10 pounds in a little over a month (smoking 1-2 cigs per day vs. a whole pack like i used to) ah, well, ive lost most of it again and im getting used to chewing ice cubes when i feel hungry....doesnt always work, though.
