The answer I think is that some people do get a lisense to carry them in there bags and stuff. I know it sounds crazy but it does happen and I have heard of men and women carrying consilded handguns on there persons. (radio personalites I have heard of come to mind)

Young or not I believe you should get a bullet proof vest if you work in any field of the law enforcement, if you are young or not. I would make it manditory.

and about the fire arms, in the state of Arizona, as long as u are responsible enough, and you have a permit, you can carry a fire arm, but it must be in plain view, i cannot be concealed.
so people think they can walk around in the mall i work in with it, well since we're private property, we have the right not to allow fire arms unless its with a law enforcement officer.
we have all of this posted on the front door, but its in really small print and on the bottom of the door, so people do it anyway.

sounds like fun. (the food court at the mall i work at is just a risky, luckily haven't gotten sick yet,.. but its a matter of time.)
