I barely survive on 6, how can you function on 3-5?

I've stopped counting for the most part. If I go to bed knowing it's way past the time I should have been asleep I'll only stress about it and take even longer to fall asleep.

i need 12 hours of sleep however i can stay up for 13 hour on just 3*barely*
