I'd like it if there were animes that could take a serious approach to spousal abuse, rather than the comedic bullshit, or some "saed backstory tiem" thrown in to make for "TERRIBLE SECRET PAST!"

Come to think of it, as far as the comedic slapstick humor goes, Haiyore! Nyaruko-san has the gender roles reversed.
Then again in the usual animes of this kind the male doesn't try to rape the girl. ("softly") So not a complete switch I guess, but that's fine. |
