My thoughts exactly. I kept losing interest with every episode after a rather interesting and intriguing start. I think I'll wait until SOA has finished airing and catch the remaining episodes then.

blah, there are 15 animes in my 'want to watch' list, and I want to watch an anime, but i don't know if i want to start any on my list at the moment. this is either because i dont want to get invested in an anime right now, or because 12 eps sounds sort of long at the moment, or im lazy and dont want to look up synopsis's of them, becasue half of them dont have one....

Does anyone have any idea whether Eureka Seven AO will be dubbed soon, or no?
I've been wanting to check out E7, but seeing that AO's finished, maybe I should just wait for that to be dubbed and then watch the whole series through.

I watched it up to episode 6, then kinda forgot about it (I blame 'Breaking Bad' and 'Game of Thrones'). So it's not worth continuing? I love E7, but Ao didn't really seem to get anywhere interesting.

It has a brief spike in terms of entertainment/enjoyment halfway through (eps 13 and 14 I think), but it doesn't last. I wouldn't say it's absolutely terrible, but it's nothing I would watch unless I had nothing else to.
I'm probably just biased though. I think someone who hadn't seen the original at all might enjoy it more (although only a little).

A shitty sequel, eh? Well that's highly disappointing, but if I end up loving E7, I'll probably watch anyway for the sake of completionism.
