Boa is actually a good example when discussing the various lead animators in the OP anime.
Some animators just seem to be better at animating her than others.

Sure, some variances, but not much to go

The problem is her in-universe title. Some of the animators do a great job at it, some do an average job. However, average isn't good enough here.
You'll immediately get what I'm saying once you get there.
I love how one of the One Piece games decided to copy one of my favorite, in my opinion most well-balanced, designs.

slight mindfuck but also just really subtle. there's a lot of fights but they're not flash like you get in the other titles I grew up with, and it's mainly episodic with a focus on developing characters for a short time and slowly building the big mysteries
