Sketama Gindance Gintamasketpiece was hilarious today and now I really want to pick up Sket Dance.

I really love when Gintama get into the self deprecating humor. It parodies so many different anime but it never forgets to mock itself as well. Seeing Gintoki so threatened by the Sket Dance crew was hilarious. He was so desperate he even pays tribute to rips off the One Piece X Toriko crossover. Well that's just how 1/4 Luffy rolls.

Speaking of One Piece I'm pretty excited for the next episode. This one was the perfect set up for what comes next while leaving out extraneous bullshit. If it were Bleach then Luffy would have spent the next 100 episodes training or some bullshit. It's so nice to see a long running shounen that appears to have a clear direction rather than a bunch of stalling tactics.

And unrelated to have above I'm going to be sad when Kaiji ends on Wednesday. I'm so going to marathon both seasons back to back this weekend. The second season has been completely awesome and might actually be slightly better than the first. All the convolutions in the Bog arc were just amazing to watch. Considering how passive a game pachinko is it's almost unbelievable how thrilling Fukumoto was able to make that arc.
