That still does not change the fact that the administrator should not being trying to out-ass an ass. Not the best setup to make anyone actually wish to join a forum when the higher-ups keep on trying to slap someone down.

Maybe I'm reading a different thread, but I don't think Pidj has been particularly harsh. Most of what I've seen has been you know, comments that are to be taken in a humorous light. Also, I don't think it's a case of him trying to 'out-ass an ass', felt more like a warning, a way to try and bring him down a notch really. How else do you respond to someone who blatently says that they're prepared to be the biggest ass of all time? Sometimes a simple 'Please don't be a tosser' isn't going to cut it.

Pidj has never been one to mince his words about stuff, but he is fair as an admin. I have full faith that Pidj could be a much bigger ass than Biga if he wanted, but he wouldn't abuse his admin powers for that gain. I can see your point about yeah the posts that someone with some kind of rank (mod, admin etc) does reflect on the site, but it's not as if Pidj has been particularly harsh or rude here. I don't honestly feel like he's trying to slap someone down, and I've seen other posts in this thread that have been much more harsh and much more pointedly directed at Biga than what Pidj has posted.

Anyway, that's just my two cents. I'm gonna go to bed.

rocky's way of handling this kind of stuff strikes me more befitting a mod/admin than getting into an argument of this nature.

Also, the way to curb it, if it really is big enough to warrant a warning some 8 pages back is to close the thread instead of feeding into all the arguing. To keep on poking after a warning doesn't strike me as a warning and looks more like pushing Biga07405. As a mod/admin that strikes me as below the level to where they should be at. As I've said, I've seen danny boy and Zaki (and Pidj elsewhere) poke here and there, but this thread strikes me as excessive for a mod/admin's level of involvement in this kind of fighting.
