Default 2012 Winter Anime Discussion

2012 Winter Anime chart

Basically an anticipation thread for the 2012 Winter Anime season. It's a bit early but w.e
Also curious to see what the community is most excited for in this upcoming winter season.
Personally I'm most excited to see the upcoming Shaft Anime (WHAT A SURPRISE)
Sasami-san@ganbaranai.
Overall I think the season is pretty mixed, I think I see a lot of series that I'll enjoy but there's also some that just seem to be over used concepts animated differently.
So what are you looking forward to?

Only thing I'm really looking forward to is season 2 of Boku-Wa.

doesn't look as strong to me as last season either. at least there's Chihayfuru 2 at last. can't tell a thing about Vivid Red from the description other than that it will probably have moe. MaoYuu might be worth checking out...

* actually Sasami-san might be crazy enough to be interesting too, iunno
** Bakumatsu as well.

Ones that caught my interest:

That one with hot pants.
MOTHERFUCKING TRAIN HERO FUCKERS, RESCUING PEOPLE FROM HIGH SPEED TRAINS AND SHIT, FUCKING TRANSFORMING INTO HEROES AND SHIT SON, FUCKING TRAIN HERO
Senren Kagura sounds familiar... might have read a few chapters of it once.
That demon queen one looks good.
SYD OVA and Tiger & Bunny movie

That's a pretty weak lineup. Is that the full list?

New shaft series and boku wa tomodachi s2. That's probably it for me.

When the hell are we gonna see Denpa Onna S2?

When will we ever see something like Cromartie?
I bet there are a lot of shows with talking and not much of anything, but Cromartie made it an art with delinquents and Freddie.

I heard Maoyuu is gonna be good. And every season people say "that's a pretty weak lineup".... I guess we'll just have to wait it out.

Ai Mai Mii is interesting because of the seiyuu...The protagonists are voiced by Yuru Yuri veterans Yuka Otsubo, Aya Uchida and Maaya Uchida. .. The latter also happens to voice Rikka from Chuunibyou. You probably also recognize the fourth seiyuu Ai Kayano since she voices Mashiro from Sakurasou in addition to several other roles she has played.
