Gaaaaaaaaaah! Incredibly Frustrated.
I hope this is the correct place to post this thread, I'm hoping that someone will help me identify a movie that came on the sci fi channel in the mid to late 90s. I was incredibly young when I saw it and have a very vague memory of the details, but I'll try and remember best I can!
 I believe it was a post apocalyptic setting where most of the planet was dying and the people destitute with the exception of a small school of girls with psychic abilities. The scene that most stands out for me is where all the girls are practicing stopping leaves from falling to the ground in their garden. The female lead character has problems developing her powers though she is incredibly important. There is a tall, short haired, slightly masculine blonde girl who is always looking out for her but is shot towards the end. The main character is a young man who escapes from where ever it is all the normal folks are and finds the girl, trying to convince her to leave her school and help him change things. I seem to remember the owner and head mistress of the school sending all kinds of goons their way to stop them and there is a huge life giving tree that speaks to her in the end and everything grows and it's happily ever after! |

Okay so for a long while I would watch this one show on demand. It was about a girl that keeps meeting these really lame guys. One of her ex's is an older married man I believe...or teacher. Her best friend goes to an art college (She's latino I think and has a boyfriend with dreads) and she introduced the girl to this really awesome guy. He likes her and she likes him but they wont admit it ( typical I know) But when they were on a trip to Tokyo she gets lost at night after he leaves her behind...or does she runs from him...? Ugh It has been about 8 months since I've seen it. And I have completely forgotten the name of it! If anyone knows what it is I would be forever greatful!!!!
I know it's not Nana, I've watched that for a while. The main character is single and likes the guy. She didn't move to Tokyo for him but for the art college. |

I remember the first episode. There's this witch, and this guy sells his soul to her or something, but then she uses his soul as a power source or something like that. She later uses his life force to fly somewhere, and he nearly passes out or something. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Hi guys,
I was reading a manga called "Kitsune no Yomeiri" and suddenly got the feeling I had seen this before but in the form of an anime. I think the anime was a romance/comedy. Sunshowers is a theme in the anime (i think) the main heroine was a fox spirit. If anyone has any idea of what it could be please let me know its driving me insane not remembering the anime!
