Any news on another Another anime?

I would really like to see another anime done about the story told in Another. Maybe a 12 episode series recounting

the first year that deaths started occurring in class 3?

Does anybody have any sort of news or speculation on whether this may be a possibility? or if any sort of anime related to Another is planned?

I put this in the General Anime category because it's not really about a specific anime but instead about the possibility of a future anime that does not yet exist.

It probably won't happen since Another followed a novel.

Any second season would be 100% on an anime staff, and we don't want that seeing how that normally goes for animes.

I'm of the "if it 'ain't broke don't fix it" opinion on this one. The series was great and now it's over, I see no need for more really.
