If I ever said that, I ASSURE you it was COMPLETE sarcasm. This forum is horrible for discussion. That's why I'm not scared of being banned. I don't know why I'm here.

EDIT: Actually, I do! It's because I'm banned from /a/! And I'm bored!

How did you manage to get banned from /a/? And why does that result in boredom? /a/ is boring in itself.

The last show I finished was Basilisk. It was a pretty great ending, too. Shame about the rest of the show.

How the hell do you manage to get banned from 4chan? I thought it was almost impossible...

I was posting porn on /a/. Even though quite a bit of porn sneaks onto /a/, it's supposed to be worksafe. A bunch of people were requesting it so I started posting it and IMMEDIATELY got a week of post ban.

And actually, it's easy as **** to get banned from 4chan because the mods are allowed to ban you for any reason they want.

You would think they'd ban all the ****s posting Cool Geass threads instead, front page has been filled with the JUST AS PLANNED Suzaku for a few days now.

Anyways, finished Minami-ke Okawari after stalling it for time over time.
It's not as good as season one for two reason;
HOSAKA
He gets waaay too little screentime in Okawari. He's one of my favourite characters in anime, but in Okawari we don't even get to see his fantasies (blasphemy!)

The second reason is that the jokes and such gets a bit dated. Not too harsh on this point, but it's still a contributing factor to why I like season one more.

The only place where I think Okawari shines is that Mako and Touma is much more present. They're great characters.

Mokke

I would compare this show to two other shows and those shows would the ARIA series and Ghost Hound.
I would compare it to Ghost Hound because of the sound. The soundtrack is incredible in this series, original fitting and very moving. And while Ghost Hound excelled more in the soundeffects than in the soundtrack it's still a good comparison. I would also compare them because they both have awesome character development, although I'd say that Ghost Hound slightly beats this one.
And I would compare it to ARIA because it ahs a similar heartwarming feeling to it. Although this show has a much more bitterweet feeling to it whilst ARIA is simply so good and pure. Now that I think about...maybe Kamichu would be a better comparison to it since that one also has the heartwarming feel to it and it deals with supernatural stuff.

Anyways, the animation here is avarage. Kinda stiff mostly but no more is necessary, I didn't feel that it needed any better animation, ever.
The visual effects are...well there are basicly none, the entire show has more of a subdued lighting to it.
The artwork is done nice is the close surroundings but in the distant surroundings it's not really that great. The character designs are very old-looking imo. I guess it works with the shows atmosphere, but I still don't like it.

Overall: A very nice show, but I gotta say that I got a little bored with it from time to time. And that brings down the score pretty heavily tbh.
So 7.5/10 from me.
It's written well and it's moving, but it's just not entertaining enough to get a higher score.

Sidenote: The last episode was very moving. I actually cried a bit to it.
