Zero no Tsukaima
This really wasn't good at all. I liked the premise, and it had a lot of potential to be an interesting anime - but they just wasted it and wound up with a mediocre rom-com featuring an unappealing mega tsundere that just happened to be set in a world of magic. The war plot felt like an afterthought and the villains were a bunch of saturday morning cartoon jokes. I mean the actual plot arc of this anime felt like a crappy filler you'd find in any other shounen. 2.5/5 - Maybe I'm being generous.

I just finished up "Samurai 7" - Honestly a really well done anime. The only thing that I didn't like was that it re-used a few frames from a couple of episodes, and the ending to me was....sub-par. But I don't like the way most animes finish, I think it's because I just don't want them to end ;)

Pretty solid shoujo. Seemed oddly... sexless though. I think I should pick up the manga again, as it seems the anime cut out a lot of stuff. Still, it was enjoyable and had a good cast, though I'd wish for a tad more development for some of the secondary characters. 4/5 |

Kino's Journey: Byouki no Kuni -For You-
Kino's Journey: Life Goes On Kino's Journey: Tower Country Don't know why haven't I watched these OVA/Movies back when I watched the Kino's Journey series some years ago. But it definitely was pleasant to remember a great show. I liked Tower Country the most out of the 3.
