I had to go with Vicious and Knives.

Although, you should have put an other up there, because a lot of Gundam series have some pretty "good" ones.

Dilandeau from Escaflowne is an awesome paychopath. Also I'd put the entire cast of Baccano if you consider any of them villains.

Both Main characters had a past with them, a tragic past, and both main characters had to topple them as the final obstacle. Great Shows, Great villains.
