Animes like Code Geass, Hajime No Ippo, Initial D, GTO, and Deadman Wonderland?

i like animes with shocking events and the determination to win and the animes ive just mentioned have just that :D

But It feels like there are hardly any animes like the ones ive mentioned and that im running out of options... :(

Can someone give me suggestions...

Recommendation threads are not allowed on the forums. If you search up one of your favorite anime's and scroll down you'll notice they have recommendations and why they're recommended, please use that.

this opens up a wealth of options - if i say episodes: 50 to 500, and click the shounen tag once (green = include, red = exclude), i get this list:

you could filter it down further by saying rating higher than 3, or adding on another tag (theres a 'more tags' link on there to see ALL tags)

tag searches will return titles that incflude ALL tags, not just one or the other. so you could try a search for shounen + demons, for example. there's only 5 results for that:Browse Anime by Title: ALL - Anime-Planet

note: the tags are not 100% tagged on all anime, but there is an effort going on literally right now in a hidden forum to finalize the tag guidelines, and do a mass tagging effort where they are missing

anyways, it's a feature people sometimes dont know about, which can be very helpful as a supplment to the recs
