movies are kind of... you can think of them like an alt universe. movies aren't worth watching anyways, just "the legacy" is. |

No offense Sothis, but I completely disagree. The Legacy isn't bad and all (I've only seen a few episode as I only recent finished collecting it), but the original OAVs are awesome. They may be unfinished, but they're fun as hell to watch. I watch them whenever I feel like watching something short (like Riding Bean or Project A-ko). The Legacy is a remake of them. It's also painfully obvious that The Legacy was one of the first PC painted titles. Besides, an hour and a half isn't really a waste of time anyway.
I recommend watching the original two OAVs, then the Legacy, to see how they rewrite and finish them

i dunno, i watched legacy first and thought it was gorgeous. the originals were boring and not nearly as interesting for me :p
no, it wont ruin the experience imo. but i watched them in a reverse order than mercurial |

I don't think it'll ruin it, but it's usually better watching such things with the remake last. They change a lot of things from what I've seen.
